Q: How do I make an exchange?
To make an exchange: You do not need an RMA#, but products being exchanged must have been purchased in the last 45 days. Items purchased longer than 45 days can not be exchanged. Send the items that you want to exchange back to us. Include your full name, address, phone, and email address along with a quick note mentioning what you want in exchange for your old items.

If you are exchanging a starter kit, only send the items that you want exchanged. Do not send brushes unless exchange is needed.

We ship all exchanges within 24 hours of receipt. We suggest that you get a tracking number in case your package is lost by your shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Q: How do I make a return?
To make a return: Send an EMAIL requesting an RMA # and fill out this FORM.
We suggest that you get a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. We can't give a refund for your items if your package is lost by your shipping carrier. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
