Q: Can I exchange my products for different colors or items?

A: Absolutely! This is the preferred choice by most customers. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to find the perfect shade with out actually trying a product. You can exchange any product within 45 days of purchase if it is not what you were looking for. We'll even pay the shipping to get it back to you! International orders will incur a $3.45 shipping fee.

Q: How do I make an exchange?

To make an exchange: You do not need an RMA#, but the item needs to have been purchase within the 45 days. Send the items that you want to exchange back to us. Include your full name, address, phone, and email address along with a quick note mentioning what you want in exchange for your old items.

If you are exchanging a starter kit, only send the items that you want exchanged. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product category. Example: different color. Do not send brushes as these are not exchangeable.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive and how can I track it?

Shipped with USPS within the USA: If you choose to ship your package with USPS, tracking is not available. When the package ships, we will supply you with a delivery confirmation number. It has limited information and will not show day to day tracking.
First class packages usually arrive within 7-8 days. Priority packages usually arrive in 2-3 days, but have taken as long as 7-8 days.

Shipped with UPS or FedEx: If you shipped your package with UPS or FedEx, you can use the number provided to track your package. When tracking, you should be able to see each day the location of your package.
Transit time depends on the level of service you chose at checkout.

International Orders Shipped by USPS:
If you chose to ship your package with USPS, delivery times can vary depending on your country. Most Priority Mail packages arrive in 7-21 business days and First Class packages can arrive quick as 9 days but can take up to 45 business days to arrive. The arrival time is completely dependent on your counties Postal Service. International orders leave the U.S. within 2 business days. When your order arrives in your country, your package will be delivered by your local post administration or they will leave a notification indicating that your package is available to pick up at your local station. Unfortunately, not all customers receive the notification. If you believe the arrival time is longer than what is normal for your country, we strongly suggest that you check with your local postal administration and see if they have the package. It could have arrived and is at the Post Office/Administration waiting to be picked up. If you check in early and it has not arrived, do not worry, it is on its way and will arrive soon!
